Steve Veedell
Steve Veedell - has over thirty years experience in construction, real estate, and business. Steve has degrees in both Finance and Marketing and taught Business, for nine years, at the University of Houston. Steve is a EPA ertified Lead Renovator, a licensed Lead Inspector, a licensed Lead Risk Assessor, a licensed Lead Abatement Supervisor, a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC), a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, and a licensed Real Estate Broker. Steve served six years in the US Navy.
Jed Sederholm
Jed Sederholm - Jed is an EPA certified Lead Renovator and a licensed Lead Inspector.
Ronald Lochte
Ron Lochte - Is a licensed Lead Risk Assessor.
Jose Martinez
Jose Martinez - Has completed his Lead Risk Assessor training. Jose is in charge of scheduling our inspections. Jose is fluent in English and Spanish.
Ron Mower
Ron Mower - has over 20 years experience in industrial and commercial automation, and over 8 years in residential construction and home improvements. Ron also is a certified FEMA Housing Inspector with Parsons Brinckerhoff and served during hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma. Ron has an engineering degree from Cornell University and is also a Realtor.
Maria Avila
Maria Avila - is a graduate of the University of Houston with Bachelor's degrees in both Marketing and Finance. She coordinates crews, job schedules, orders and schedules materials for delivery and is in charge of bookkeeping. Maria is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Mary Fernandez
Mary Fernandez - has over twenty years experience in the construction, renovation, and remediation industries. Mary coordinates the crews, job schedules, and material deliveries. Mary speaks fluent Spanish and is certified by GAF and Owens Corning.
